Divisions

Tee Ball Division (League Age 4-7)
Tee Ball is for a first-time player that would like to learn the basics of baseball/softball. In tee ball the focus is on concepts such as hitting, throwing and catching while having fun.  No score is kept, and all batters reach the base each inning and score runs. Practice is incorporated in the game of play.

Minors – Coach/Machine Pitch Division (League Age 5-8)
Coach/Machine Pitch is the transitional division from tee ball to baseball/softball. Score is not kept in coach/machine pitch and while games can be competitive, rules are modified to minimize strike outs and give each player an equal opportunity to participate and succeed. Games generally last about an hour and a half.

Minors – Player Pitch Division (League Age 7-11)
Player pitch division is for players who can consistently hit a thrown ball and have developed basic fielding skills. Play is competitive and score is kept. Innings end when either 3 outs are made or 5 runs have scored.

Little League - Majors Division (League Age 9-12)
Majors is competitive baseball and designed for players that have a solid understanding of the game.  Score is kept. There are no run limits and games tend to follow tournament play rules.

Intermediate – 50/70 Division (League Age 11-13) Intermediate baseball/softball is played on Little League fields, but the pitching distance and bases are pushed back to 50 and 70 feet, rather than the 45 and 60 feet that is used for Majors and lower.

Juniors Division (League Age 12-14) is played using a conventional 90-foot diamond with a pitching distance of 60 feet, 6 inches.

Seniors Division (League Age 13-16) is played using a conventional 90-foot diamond with a pitching distance of 60 feet, 6 inches.

*Note: These divisions apply to both Baseball and Softball
